Target: Small business owners in South Africa who sell products and need an efficient delivery solution to reach their customers.
Problem: Small businesses in South Africa face challenges in reaching customers efficiently, especially with delivery logistics. Many lack the resources or knowledge to set up their own delivery systems, which limits their growth and customer reach.
Solution: DeliverEasy is a mobile app that connects small businesses with local delivery drivers. The app allows businesses to list their products and manage orders seamlessly, while providing drivers with a platform to find delivery gigs, ensuring quick and reliable service for customers.
Monetization: The app will charge a commission fee on each transaction made through the platform, as well as offer subscription plans for businesses that want additional features like advanced analytics and marketing tools.
Traction: We have conducted surveys with over 200 small business owners who expressed interest in using a delivery app. Initial feedback indicates a strong demand for a user-friendly solution that integrates delivery into their sales process.
